Course Description

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is a video-based, Instructor-led, advanced course, that focuses on a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. The course also includes a series of case scenario practices with simulations that reinforce important concepts.

Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

We follow the 2020 American Health Association Guidelines for CPR & ECC. These guidelines are based on the most current and comprehensive review of resuscitation science, systems, protocols, and education.
