ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Entrance Examination (Written and Oral) in Math and Physics. Students must score 260+/300 to get admitted to the first year of the program. Scores Between 150-260/300 will result in the student getting into a Year of Foundation. 

2. Grade 12/AS/A-Level Completion certificate with Minimum 60% or C grades in Math and Physics

3. Entrance Interview in English.

DESCRIPTION

Bachelor in Mechatronics at KTU offers a fusion of skills and knowledge in mechanics, electronics, computer science and programming. Mechatronics combines many technological fields; therefore, the KTU study programme is designed in such a way that it not only focuses on mechanical and electronic parts of the mechanisms but also includes software management skills. Professionals in this field are said to be very versatile; they contribute greatly to the ongoing 4th Industrial Revolution, reducing the need for human manual labour, which is being replaced by robotic and automated devices.

Graduates of the BSc Mechatronics study programme have exceptionally wide career opportunities in the global market: they work in such high-tech sectors as aerospace, biomedicine, they design and manufacture transport and production automation equipment.
